Patrikon Restaurant – 12 Years / 12 Dishes
It was a pleasure and a genuinely delicious assignment to collaborate with Part Thyme Kitchen and Patrikon Restaurant on this anniversary episode.
The idea was simple: twelve years of Patrikon, told through twelve signature dishes. A clean concept. Elegant. Almost too well-behaved.
We approached it like an out-of-studio podcast five cameras positioned around the table, capturing conversation, reaction, and the subtle ritual of tasting. No kitchen frenzy. No flames or flying pans. Just stories unfolding between bites, and close-ups that lingered long enough to remind you that these weren’t just plates they were milestones.
Officially, it was twelve dishes.
If you count carefully, you’ll notice there were fourteen, we noticed too. We kept rolling.
